Home Plans
Fair Oaks EcoHousing includes five floor plans, ranging in size from two to four bedrooms, including flats and townhomes.
In addition to the private homes, residents have access to extensive Common Facilities, including a pool, spa, workshop, and 3800 s.f. Club House with dining/meeting room, kitchen, lounge, kids’ playroom, laundry room, yoga/music room, and two guest bedrooms.
